Said storage building shall not be used for commerCial purposes, except in accordance with Ihe Home Occupation Permit provision as IisIed in SeCtion 17.28.010 of the Poway Municipal Code. " This Covenant shall run with. the land and be binding upon and inure toIhe benefit of Ihe future owners, encumbrancers, successors, heirs, personal representatives, transferees and assigns of the respective parties.
