RESOLUTION NO 03-078
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PQWAY,
CALIFORNIA, GRANTING AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIc UTILITY
PURPOSES TO FRANK PIERSON, HIS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS
ASSESSOR PARCEL NUMBER 323-090-59
WHEREAS, Mr Frank Pierson requested the City of Poway grant an
easement for road and public utility purposes to serve a piece of property around
the City's Welton Reservoir's land, and
WHEREAS, the easement as requested already encumbered the City's
Welton Reservoir's land benefiting another of Mr Frank Pierson's adjoining
property, and
WHEREAS, the City of Poway has, in prior arrangement with Frank
Pierson during its acquisition of access and water easement in 1992 in one of Mr
Pierson's properties, agreed to grant the easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Poway as follows:
1 The easement for road and public utility purposes to Frank Pierson, his
Successors and Assigns shall be made appurtenant only to the property
described in Exhibit "A" Said easement is described in Exhibit "B"
2, The City Clerk of the City of Poway is hereby directed to cause a certified
copy of this Resolution to be recorded in the office of the San Diego
County Recorder
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED, by the City Council of the City of
Poway, California, at a regular meeting this 14th day of October 2003
