ARESO(U}ION OF THE~CITY COUNCIL OF THECITY OF POWAY; CALIFORNIA,
ORDERING:T14E VACATION 0F THE WATERLINE EASEMENT ON APN 321-060-23
(Vacation 03..01)
WHERE,AS,the City C~uncil of the City of Poway desires to vacate a waterline
easement in accordance with the.procedures provided ih Chapter 4, Part 3, Division 9
of the Streets and Highways Code of 'the State of California, commencing at Section
8330; and
WHEREAS, the City of Poway was granted a waterline easement on April 12,
2000, 'for a new waterline;: and
WHEREAS, the existing waterline has been abandoned; and
.. .
WHEREAS, the existing waterline easement is ,no longer needed due to this
abanaonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Poway as follows:
SECTION 1 The City of Poway hereby declares that the herein described

SECTION 3 That upon such recordation, the vacation is complete (Section
