AN O~DINANCE OF THE CITY OF POW~Y, CALIF~IA
SETTING CITY (DUNCIL SALARIES
AND RESCINDING O~DINANCE NO. 7
~E CITY ODUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POW~Y DOES O~DAIN ~S ~DLLOWS:
Section 1. Pursuant to Govermmemt Oode Section 36516 (b), the City Council-
members salaries shall be $200 per month.
Section 2. Ordinance No. 7 is hereby rescinded.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days
after the date of its passage; and before the expiration of fiftc=n (15) days
after its passage, it shall be published once with the names and menbers voting
for and against the sane in the Poway News Chieftain, a newspaper of general
circulation published in the City of Poway.
