The SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY, a public agency, docs hereby
quitclaim to CITY OF POW A Y, all right, title, and interest granted to said San Diego County
Water Authority, to a portion of its easement ofright of way for road purposes, which is part of
the strip of land described in the Agreement For Access Roadway dated August 22, 1949, from
Fred Halliday and Mathilda S Halliday to the San Diego County Water Authority, which deed
was recorded on September 16, 1949 in Book 3320, Page 494, of Official Records in the Oftice
of the County Recorder of the County of San Diego, State of California, said strip of land being

Meridian, San Diego County, California, included in a ~trip of land.20 00 feet in width
lying 10 00 feet on each side of the following described I ine as reeordcd in. the Office of
the County Recorder in the County of San Diego, State of Cahfornia on August 22nd,
1949 in Book 3320 Page 494;
BEGINNING at POT South Station 414+63 76 on' the centerline of the Right of Way of
the First San Diego Aqueduct;
Thence South 55049'20" West 176.88 feet;
Thence South 76043'50" West 376.76 feet;
Thence South 53013'2U"West.345 75 feet;
Thence South 81037'50" West 407 12 feet to the TRUF: POINT OF BE:GINNING,
Thence South 81037'50" West200.62 feet;
Thence South 18"26'50" West 90.50 fcet to an .intersection with the sideline of County
Road RS 335 as same existed and was established, all as shown on Lands and Rights of
Way Drawing File No B-139 and by this reference made a part thereof
