PURSUANT TO Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act,
NOTICE IS GIVEN that Final Map NO.14388, in the County of San Diego, State of
California, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said County on Mav 8, 2002, is in
error and is corrected in accordance with Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act as
follows:
The open space easement for Lot 35 was incorrectly identified on Map No
14388, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County,
California, on May 8, 2002, file nurnber 2002-0391382. The correct open
space easement is described in Exhibit A and Exhibit B attached hereto
I certify that the following are the names of all the present fee owners of real property
affected by such corrections.
