COVENANT REGARDING REAL pROPERTY
Larry and Lorraine Simon, PROPERTY OWNERS ("OWNER" hereinafter), are the owners of
real property described as
Lot 7 Qf Poway Tract. NO..3545, inJhe City of Poway, County of San Diego, State
of California, according to Map thereof No.1 0432, filed in the Office of the
County Recorder of San Diego County, July 15~ 1982.
and which is commonly known as Assessor's Parcel Number 278-442-07 ("PROPERTY"
hereinafter).
. .tn consideration oLthe approvalof a 720-square-footroom addition by the City of Po. way
("CITY" hereinafter); OWNER her~by agrees that no portion of the.garden room shall ever be
rented or leased as a'separate unit, and ,that no kitchen facilities shall'ever be installed.
This Covenant shall run with the land and be binding I,1pon and inure to the benefitofthe
future owners,encumbrancers,successors, heirs, personal representatives, transferees and
assigns'of the respective parties.
In the eventthat Building Perll!lt No. 01 P-29 expires or is rescinded by City Council. at
