The GRANTOR, :hereby further grants to the City of .Powily .the privilege and right to extend
excavation and embankment. slopes within the limits .of llie herein described Temporary
Construction Easement, where required for the construdion,of said screen wall.
The GRANTOR, for him/herself,hi?/her successors and assigns, hereby waives any clairn for
any and all severance. damages to GRANTOR~s remaining property contiguous to the
Temporary ConstruCtion Easement.
The GRANTOR beregy further grants 10 GRANTEE the.righttolemporarily enter and construct
.necessary:ireiated improvements as part of'the. proposedicollstruc;I.iomprocess. This TempOrary'
Gonstruc!ion Eas.em.ent, as describe'd, shall be' valid only until the construction has been
accepted by,the GRANTEE. After'such time, the Temporary Construction Easement shall
become null,and void,
