UTILITY EASEMENT
~ CITY OF POWAY, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, hereinafter called "Grantor",
Cr grants to MAINTENANCE WAREHOUSE/AMERICA CORPORATION, a Texas
corporation, "Grantee", a utility easement and right of way to construct, reconstruct,
maintain, operate and repair underground utility lines and appurtenances, together with
the right of ingress thereto and egress therefrom over said easement and over other
practical routes across Grantor's land situated in the City of San Diego, County of San
Diego, State of California described as follows:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
See Exhibit "8" attached hereto for illustration purposes.
Said utility easement and right-of-way shall be appurtenant to Lots 15 and 16 of
Scripps Northridge Business Center in the City of San Diego, County of San Diego,
State of California, according to map thereof No 12911, filed in the office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County, January 8, 1992.
