AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The zoning classification of the real property
described below is hereby changed as follows:
OLD ZONE: Use Regulations R-R-1 Neighborhood Designator J
Density 1 Lot Size 1 AC Building Type C
Maximum Floor Area - Floor Area Ratio - Height G
Lot Coverage - Setbacks B Open Space -
Special Area Regulations -
NEW ZONE: Use Regulations C-36 Neighborhood Designator
Density 15 Lot Size - Building Type T
Maximum Floor Area - Floor Area Ratio - Height G
Lot Coverage - Set Backs 0 Open Space A
Special Area Regulations -
Description of affected real property:
Lot 7 in Block 10 of PIERMONT, in the County of San Diego, State of
California, according to map thereof No. 331, filed in the office of
the County Recorder of said San Diego County, May 27, 1887;
EXCEPTING from said Lot 7 the Easterly 169.00 feet and the
Westerly 110.00 feet;
TOGETHER with that portion of the North Half of Adrian Street
immediately adjacent to the above described parcel.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of said City Council held the 13th
day of January, 1981, by the following vote:
