GRANT OF TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
FOR SCREEN WALL (CITY OFFICES)
Christopher G. Pike and Lisa M.. Pike, Husband and Wife. as Joint Tenants (hereinafter
"GRANTOR") hereby grants to CITY OF POWA Y, (hereinafter "GRANTEE"), its successors, or
assigns, the Temporary Construction Easement and inCidents thereto for construction of a
screen wail across that certain real.property in the CitY'of Poway, County of San Diego, State of
California, described as follows:
(The Easterly 10 Feet of Lot 21 of Map 9323)
The GRANTOR, hereby further grants. to the City of Poway the privilege and right to extend
excavation and embankment slCme,s within the limits of the herein described Temporary
Construction Easement, where required for the constr.uction of said screen wall.

The GRANTOR, for him/herself, his/her successors and assigns, hereby waives any claim for
any and all severance dama'ges to GRANTOR's remaining property contiguous to the
Temporary Construction Easement.
The GRANTOR hereby further grar:lts to GRANTEE the. right to temporarily enter and construct
necessary related improvements as part ofthe proposed constructior:l process. This Temporary
Construction Easement, as described, shall be valid only until the construction has been
accepted by the GRANTEE. After such time, the Temporary Construction Easement shall
become'nulland void
