A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENTNO N012
AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City was awarded a Federal-Aid grant for improving the pedestrian
and equestrian facilities by installing new sidewalk, curb and gutter, new equestrian trail,
and a signal modification at the Twin Peaks Road and Espola Road intersection, within the
City of Poway
WHEREAS, the Twin Peaks and Espola Pedestrian Improvements Project, Federal
Aid Project No STPLH-5428(012) has a cost estimate of $289,140 and a Federal
reimbursement of $221,265
WHEREAS, to proceed with the federal reimbursement process, the City and State
are required to execute Program Supplement Agreement No N012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Poway
as follows.
Section 1 The City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute Program
Supplement Agreement No N012 to administer Federal Aid Project No STPLH-5428(012)
related to the installation of new sidewalk, curb and gutter, new equestrian trail, and a
signal modification at the intersection of Twin Peaks Road and Espola Road within the City
of poway

at a regular meeting this 18th day of November 2008
