The City Council hasidetermined that'the dry weeds and vegetation', junk, trash, miscellaneoUs
debris, and dilapideted buildings are cr~ating a public ,nuisance located at 11673 Creek Drive,
Poway, California (Assessor's Parcel Number 320-021-'02).
The City' of' Poway now intends. to cause the following described work to be performed upon
saidpropeity to abate the -unsafe and substandard conditions:
