In consideration ofthe approval by the City of poway ("CITY" hereinafter) of ,Minor

futu're owners, encumbrancers, successors, heirs, personal representatives, transferees and

In the event thatMinor Development Review Application 97 -10 expires or is rescinded. by
City Council, andbuilding,permits are',never obtained to construct the proposedaddition, CITY
