shall never be rented or leased as a separate unit, no kitcheD fa.cilities shall be installed"and no

be installed.
This Covenant shall run with:the land and be biilding u'pon aild:inure to the benefit of the
future owners, encumbrance's,succ.essors, heirs, personal representatives, transferees and
assigns of the respective parties.
In the event that buildfng permits are never obtained to construct the proposed
guesthouse .at the request of the OWNERS, the CITY shallexf)unge this Covenant from the
