School have had problems with students parking and creating disturbances on their streets
since 1998. In 1990, Council approved time limited parking restrictions along several

Oakstand Road south of Yellowthroat Road. Once again, the student population has dsen
to previous levels and parking has become problematic. In March, 1999, Ms. Bettie
Edney, a Dodder Court resident requested the parking restrictions be extended to Dodder
Court. Petitions have been received from residents of Dodder Court and the remainder
of Oakstand Road and Oakstand Court. The neighborhood is somewhat split on
extending the parking restrictions beyond present limits, however both sides agree that
