The land encompassing this easemerit is situated in the City of Poway, County of San Diego, State of
Caiifornia, and is'more particularly described as follows:

SURVEY APPRQVED SEPTEMBER 11,1879,
Said easement of right-of-way in the aforesaid lands is particularly aescribed in Exhibit "A", and depicted
in Exhibit "B"
GRANTEE hereby assumes maintenance responsibility associated with the public recreatiorial trail
including, but not iimited to, maibtaining the path, vegetation~ and improvements located within the
easement and periodically trimming branches overhanging the trail easement as deemed appropriate by
the City of Poway Trail maintenance will be at the GRANTEE's sole cost and expense.
GRANTEE hereby indemnifies GRANTQR and GRANTQR's successors or assigns of liability associated
with the use of the pubiic recreational'lraiL
