AMenDING S~CTION 65.107 OF THE (I)DE OF REGULATORY
ORDINANCW~ RMGARDI~ HEALTH PERMIT FEES
THE CITY (DUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BD~I~Y DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 65.107 of the Oode of Regulatory Ordinances is hereby
amended in its entirety to read as follows:
Section 65.107. FEES. The fee for each permit, license or registration
issued purs,,ant to the provisions of this division will be set by the City
Oouncil by resolution.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days
after the date of its passage; and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days
after its passage, it shall be published once with the names and members voting
for and against the same in the Poway News Chieftain, a newspaper of general
circulation published in the City of Po~y.
Introduced and first read at a regular ~ting of the City ODuncil of the
City of Po~y held the 13th day of September, 1983, and thereafter PASSED ~
ADOPTSD at a regular meeting of said City Council held the 20th day of
September, 1983, by the following roll call vote:
