WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway desires to suml11arily vacate

certain portions of the Pedestrian/Equestrian Easements in accordance ,With the
procedures provided in Chapter 4, Part 3, Division 90f the Streets and Highways Code
of the State of:California, coml11encing at Section 8330; and
WHEREAS, portions of the Pedestrian/Equestrian Easel11ents descri,bed by,the
attached legal clescription titled 'Exhibit 'A,' and shown on the attached plat titled Exhibit
'B,' were dedicated to the City of Po way on Tract No. 89~05 of Map No. 14040, recorded,
September 20, 2000, in the Office of the County Recorder
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,by the'City Council of the City of Poway
as follows:
1 This summary vacation is made undE;r thl;! provisions of Chapter 4, Part 3;
Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California.
2. The City Cquncil hereby finds that. the :herein described portions of the
Pedestrian/Equestrian easement are not necessary.
3 The City Council hereby declares that th'efullowihg portions of the
Pedestrian/Equestrian easement are vacated:
See attached legal description titled Exhibit 'A' and plat titled Exhibit 'B'.
4 The City Clerkofth~ City of Powayis hereby directed to cause a certified
copy of this Resolution to be recorded in, the. Office of the County
Recorder of San DiegoColinty. in accoroC!nce with the provisions of
