A R~SOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA,
ORQERING THE EXPANSION OF POWAY'LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE
DISTRICT NO 83-1A AND CITY OF POWAY LIGHTING DISTRICT,
ZONES A AND C, WITH THE AN-NEXATION OF
APN314-820~~8
BY WRITTEN CONSENT OF PROPERTY OWNER
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway desires to expand Poway
Landscape Maintenance DistricJ83-1 A and City of Poway Lighting District, ZOIJes A and C,
as shown in Exhibit A pursuant to,the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972; and
WHEREAS, the record owner of all of the real property within said expansion
area has given written consent to the proposed formation and annexation into Poway
Landscape Maintenance District 83-1A and the City'of Poway Lighting District, Zones A
and C, pursuant to California Streets and Highways Code, Section 22608 1, and
WHEREAS, the public interest and convenience require the maintenance,
service, and operation of public iandscape and lighting within said territory; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk of the City of Poway is hereby directed to record this
document with the County Recorder of the CountyofSafl Diego.
NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Poway
as follows:
1 The foregoing recitals are true and correct, and the City Council so finds
and determines.
2 All of that certain territory shown in Exhi.bit uA" 'attached hereto is hereby
added by annexation into Poway L:andscape Maintenance Assessment
District No, 83-1Aand City of Poway City Lighting District, Zones A and C
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of
Poway, California, at a regular meeting this 9th day of'October2001

WHEREAS, the undersigned constitute(s) 100 percent ownership [or haslegal.signature
authority representing 100 percent ownership] of the property shown in Exhibit A, attached hereto,and
generally described as County Assessor P~rcel No. 314-820~2'1l-()O, and subsequent parcels created by the
subdivision of said parcel, includiIigbtitnot limited to, TentatiVe Parcel Map [fPM] 99-05; and
WHEREAS, the aforementioned 'property was developed I>Y subdivision, and will receive special
benefit from City [District]-mainta!nedstreet lighting and landscaping; and
WHEREAS, the undersigned owner(s) do hereby consenHoannexation into Poway Landscape
Maintenance District 83-1 and the City of Poway City Lighting District, Zones A and C, pursuant to
the California Streets and Highways Code Section 22608.1; and ';
WHEREAS, the undersign'ed oWner(s) consent to assessments levied under the assessment
formulas as written within the y~arly LMD 83-1 Engineer's Reports, and hereby acknowledges receipt
of the landscaping and lighting, benefits to said property.
