Recorder of San Diego County, March 9, 1987, and Lots 105 and 106 of City of Poway
Tract 85-04 Unit 2 Map No. 12572, in the City of Poway, County of San Diego, State of
California, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, February 28,
1990.
This Grant Deed is made and given SUBJECT TO'
