A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNiA,
APPROVING MASTER AGREEMENT FOR ADMINISTERING AGENCY-STATE
AGREEMENTS FOR FEDERAL AID PROJECTS NO 11-5428R
Ai'-JD AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENTS AND
APPROVE FUTURE PROGRAM SUPPLEMENTS
WHEREAS, Caltrans frequently issues Program Supplements to Local Agency-
State Agreements for Federal-Aid Projects, and
WHEREAS, these program supplements provide Federal funding for various phases
of public works and capital improvement projects, and
WHEREAS, State programming procedures require that a Master Agreement for
Administering Agency-State Agreements for Federal-Aid Projects be executed; and
WHEREAS, State programming procedures require that a Program Supplement be
executed for each project; and
WHEREAS, the Master Agreement for Administering Agency-State Agreements for
Federal Aid Projects and future Program Supplements can be most effectively executed by
the City Manager
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Poway
as follows
Section 1 The City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute the Master
Agreement for Administering Agency-State Agreements for Federal-Aid Projects No 11-
5428R and future Program Supplements for Federal-Aid projects within the City of Poway
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway
at a regular meeting this 16th day of December 2008
