AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CAL?FORNIA
AMENDING SECTION 11.120 OF THE
O0DE OF R~GUIATORY ORDINANCES,
"TIE LIMITS FOR JUDICIAL REVIEW"
THE CITY 0DUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FOWAY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 11.120 of the Oode of Regulatory Ordinances is amended in
its entirety as follows:
Section 11.120. Time Limits for Judicial Review. (]ode of Civil Procedure
Section 1094.6 is hereby made applicable to all adjudicatory administrative
decisions by the City of Pow~y. The limitations for seeking judicial review
as provided in said section shall be observed and the City Clerk shall pro-
vide the notice required thereby.
Section 2. This ordinance shall ~_ake effect and be in force thirty (30) days
after the date of its passage; and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days
after its passage, it shall be published once with the names and members voting
for and against the same in the Poway News Chieftain, a newspaper of general
circulation published in the City of Poway.
Introduced and first read at a regular .n~cting of the City Council of the
City of Poway held the 18th day of October, 1983, and thereafter PASSED ARD
ADOPTED at a regular meeting of said City Council held the 25th day of October,
1983, by the following roll call vote:
