WHEREAS, Section 27281 of the Government Code provides that a pol itical
co~porai:fonor gov,ernmentaJ agency. by resol ution, may authorize an offi cer or
agent -to, acce'pt on behalf of the pol itical corporation.or governmental agency
deeds or grants conveyi'ng any interest in or easement upon real estate for
public purposes; and
WHEREAS, the Poway Ilede~el opment Agency was establ i shed on ApriJ 26, 1983,
and has not yet adopted i3. resolution authorizing certain Agency staff positions
to atcept ~n behalf of the poway Redevelopment Agency deeds or grants conveying
to flieAgency title to, or any interest iri, real ,property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE POWAY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The Board of Directors of the poway Redevelopment Agency hereby
