In consideration of the approval by the City,ofPoway {"City" hereinafter} of minor development review
00-62, involving an additional electrical service, owner hereby agrees.that the additional service shall not
be utilized for the purpose of a second dwelling unit on the property
This covenant shall run with the1and and be binding upon and inure to the benefit.of the future owners,
cncumbrance, successors, heirs,personal representatives, transferees',and assigns of the respective parties
