Imper, Trustees, (OWNERS" hereinafter) are the owners of land described in Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto and made a part hereof and which is commonly known as Assessor's Parcel Number 275-732-01, located at 15805 Lime Grove Road, Poway, California ("PROPERTY hereinafter). In consideration of approval of a building permit to construct 'a 790 square footguesthouse on the referenced property by the City of Poway ("CITY" hereinafter), OWNERS hereby agree that no portion of the guesthouse shall ever be rented or leased, as a separate unit and kitchen facilities shall never be installed. This Covenantshall run with the land and be binding upon and inure to the ber;Jefitof the future owners, encumbrances, successors, heirs, personal representatives, transferees and as~igns of the respective parties.
