DECLARATION OF LAND USE RESTRICTION
DECLARATION made this 1 tlo.. day of S~1ac.r , 1999 by Steven Stone
(Declarant) owner of that land in the City of Poway, County of San Diego, State of
California known as Assessors Parcel No 273-790-12, for the benefit'of and at the
request of the City of Poway pursuant to Resolution No. 99-041 approved on June 22,
1999 by the Poway City Council.
In consideration of that General Plan Amendment 99-018 Poway redesignating
the subject property to Rural Residential A, Declarant does hereby declare as follows:
That the allowable density of the property shall be limited to one (1) unit
unless and until greater density is approved by the voters in accordance
with Ordinance No 283 of the City of Poway
This Declaration shall run with the land for the protection and benefit of the City
of Poway and it shall be binding upon all successors in title to said structure, and any
deed of conveyance thereto shall contain a similar restriction, ,so long as the same shall
be applicable. A violation of said restriction shall give the City of Poway the right to
exercise all legal remedies to correct same.
