WHEREAS,the,City Council ottheCity of Poway desires.to summarily vaGate
certain temporary sewer'easementsiin accordance with tt'fe procedures pr6vicl~d in
Chapter 4, Part~3; Division 90fthe Streets and HighWays Code of the State of
California, commencin~ afSection8330; and
WHEREAS, the temporary easement for sewer purposes was dedicated to the
City of Poway" recorded April 7: 1992, as Document No, 92-0198205 cif Official
Records.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Cit}'GoiJncil of the City'of Poway
as follows:
1 This summarY.vacation is nlade under the provisions of Chapter 4, Part 3,
Division 9 of the Streets.andHighways Codeofthe .State of California.
2. The City, Council hereby finds that the, herein described temporary sewer
easement'is unnecessary since the sewer line was.abandoned
3 The City'Council hereby declares that the following temporary sewer
easement is Vacated:

4 The CityiClerk,of th~ City of Powayis hereby directed to cause:a certified
