detached gllest house by the City of Poway ("CITY" here.i:nafter), OWNERS hereby
agree to abide by the followingconditi6ns; 1) Owners shall not instana
kitchen, in particular a range and oven, and 2) Owners shall not rent the
un i t, in conformance wfth Chapter 17 . 08. 190. E of the Poway Mun i c i pa 1 Code
governing guest houses.
This Covenant shall rllnwith the land and be binding upon and inure to
the benefit of the future owners, encumbrancers, successors, heirs, personal
representatives, transferees and assigns of the respective parties.
In the event that Minor Development Rev.iew96-25 expires or is rescinded
by the City Council at the r:equest of the OWNERS, 'CTTY shall expunge this
Covenant from the record title of the PROPERTY.
