on December 11, 1980, being, a portion of the Northeast Quarter of Section 8, Township
14 South, Range 1 West, San: .Bernardino Base and Meridian, included in that land
described in deed. to Robert M: Altaffer, et al recorded February'28,,1995 as Document No,
1995~0084796 in :said County Recorder's Office, lying southerly and westerly of the
follOwing descrioed line,
COMMENCING at a point on the westerly line of said Parcel 2 of Parcel M~p No
107@, said point' being North 3025'00" East a distance of 694,80 feet from the Southwest
