appfoval oftheGrantor, assign all of its rights and oblig~tions under this Grant of
Easement tocthe San Diego'~ounty Water Authority or anygovemmental agency over
which the Ciiyof Poway ex~r:cises control. Grantee shall notify Grantor of any such
assignment within five business days of the executionofthe,assignment document.
