WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of poway desires to expand Poway
landscape Maintenance District 86'-1 as shown in Exhibit "A" for the purposes of
maintaining, servicing, and operating said District pursuant to the Landscape and
Lighting.Act of 197:2, and its codicils;, and
WHEREAS, the record,owner of all the real property within said expansion area
has given writtenconsentto the annexation into PoWay Landscape Maintenance
District 86'-1 pursuant to California Streets 'and HighWay Code, Section 22608.1, and
WHEREAS, the public.interest and conveniel}ce require the maintenance,
service, and. operation of public landscapefa(!ilities witl"lin said territory; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk'of the City of Po way is hereby directed to record this
document with the County Recorder'ofthe County of San Diego.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that t~e City Council of.the City of
Poway does,hereby'resolve as follows:
1 The foregoing recitals are true and correct, and the City Council so finds
and determines,
2. All of that certain territory ,showf} in Exhibit "A," attached hereto, is hereby

WHEREAS, the undersigned'constitute(s) 100 percent ownerShip [or has legal signature'authority
representing 100 percent ownership] of ihe.propenyshown in Exhibit A, attached hereto, and generally
described as County Assessor Par~rN6s:278-l70-77-OO and 278-171);.78, iuid subsequent parcels created by
the subdivision of said parcels; and
WHEREAS, the aforementioned propeny was developed by subdivision, and will receive special
benefit from City [District)-maintained street lighting and landscaping; and
WHEREAS, the undersigned owner(s) do hereby consent to annexation into Poway Landscape
Maintenance District LMB 86-1 and the,City of Poway City Lighting District; Zones A and C, pursuant to
the caJifomia Streets and Highways Code Section 22608.1; and
WHEREAS, the undersigned owner(s) consent to assessments levied under the assessment formulas as
written within the yearly LMD 86-1 Engineer's.Reports, and herel1yacknowledgesreceipt of the landscaping
md lighting benefits to said propeny.
PURSUANT to Section 22608.2 of the:Streets and Highways Code"of the State of California, these
properties wiiI be included within the required Engineer's Report. The signing of this consent to annexation
precludes any and,all notice and hearing:requirements for the first year's ,Report.
