Assessor's Parcel Number 314-762.16'''PROPERTY'' (hereinafter), in consideration of the approval of
building permit to construct'a 336 'squarefoot cabana on the referenced property'by the City of Poway
("CITY" hereinafter), OWNERS hereby agrees that no portion of the cabana shall ever be rented or leased
as a separate unit and kitchen facilities'shall'never be installed.
This Co~enant shall run with the land and be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the future
owners, encumbrancers, successors; heirs, personal represeiltatlves:.transferees and' assigns'ofthe
