NOTICE OF VIOLATION ON REAL PROPERTY
The real properties located in the City of Poway, County of San Diego, State of
California, described as follows:
APN 317-232-22, 36, 39 and 40
Said properties are located at 12237 Old Pomerado, in the City of Poway,
Property owner's name and address:
R. J. Enterprises

Poway, CA 92064
It has been determined that a storage trailer has been illegally placed on the above
addressed properties without the benefits of the required permit. An accumulation of
inoperable vehicles, junk, trash and debris is also present. The business operating at
the above described properties is doing so without the required entertainment license or
the required public dancing license, The conditions on the above properties constitute
a violation of Sections 17,26,030(M), 8,76,040 and Chapters 5,12, 5,16 and 10,52 of
the Poway Municipal Code,
