WHEREAS, by, Resciliitiori No. 00'-'016 dated Marth 21, 2000,
the City of Poway waived the 90-day notice requirement and agreed
to accept title to a park and ride facil'i,ty" upon relinquishment
thereof to said City by' the State of Cal'iforni'a; and
WHEREAS, the State of California has acquired right of
way for and has constructed the above~mentioned nonmotor-rz,ecj
transportation facility in the City of 'poway, at the intersection
of Twin Peaks Road and Community Road', road ll-SD-56; and
WHEREAS, this Commission has found and determined, and
does hereby find and determine, that it is desirable and in the
public interest that said nonmotorized transportation facility be
reiJ.inquished ,to the City of Poway for use a-s a city pa.rR 'and
ride;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS VOTED by the California
