agents and emploYee~:from.andjagainst all liability;; claims, damages, losses,
expenses, personal injuryand.otlier costs, mcluding costs of defense and

STREETS, or to any other third plirtics ariSiilgtlUt,of or in any Wily related to

PRIVATE1STREETStouieet the standards 'Set in paragraph 3 and to then
assess the costs incurred by the CITY in connection with such maintenance
