as Assessors Parcel Number,:323-43<Ff9'("PROpERT'i:.; hereinaher). Inconsideration of the approval
of Minor Development RevieiN95'35 by the City of- Poway ("CITY" hereinaher), OWNERS hereby
covenant and agree, for the benefit of the'CITY, that the subject garage may not be converted to, nor
used as, a living area, Further. the garage shall not be used in whole or in part for any business
activity, except as permitted by an approved Home Occupation Permit and in compliance with the
Pdway Municipal Code, The garage"shall be inspect~d annually by the City to insure compliance with
the restrictions established with this covenant,
This Covenant shall nun with.'.the land and be binding upon and inure to,the benefit of the future
owners, ,encumbrancers, successors, heirs, personal representatives, .transferees arid assigns of the
respective parties,
In the event that Minor Development Review 95-35 expires or is rescinded by City Council at
