Sectinn 3: Citv Council Decision: The City', CO,uncil hereby approves Minor Condi'tional Use Per;mit 92-02. subject to the fo 11 owi ng condi'ti ons: 1. Within 30 days of approval: (1) The applicant shall submit in wri ti ng tbat, a 11 condit ions of !pproval have b~en read arid understood; and (2) the property owner shall execute a Covenant on Real Property. 2. The use cond.it.ionally granted by this permit shall not be conducted in such ,a manner as to interfere with the reasonable use and enjoyment of surrounding light industrial uses. APPLICANT SHALL ,CONTACT THE,DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING SERVICES REGARDING COMPLIANCE WIT~ TH; FOLLQ~ING CONPITIpNS: - , 1. 'Prior to any use of the project site or business activity being commenced thereon, all conditions of approva'l contained herein shall be completed to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning Services. 4 . Disabled access must be provided throughout the facility for both employees ~nd customers. 5. If the number of employees. on duty exceeds four, separate san i tary facilities shall be provided for each sex. SIGNS Any signs proposed for this development shall be designed and approved in conformance with the Sign Ordinance. APPLICANT SHALL CONTACT THE DEPARTMENT OF SAFETY SERVICES REGARDING COMPLIANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: 1. Building/new suite is to have new fire sprinkler system installed. 2. Minimum one hour wall construction on interior walls of new suite. 3. Provide a key for suite for "Knox Box". GENERALREOUIREMENTS AND APPROVAES The minor conditional use permit shall lapse ,and shall become void October 6, 1994 i'f the site has not been occupied in accordance with the conditional use.
