LEGAL DESCRIPTION
That portion of land lying within Lot 46 of Map No, 12401, in the City of Poway, in the County
of San Diego, State of California, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said County on
June 15, 1989 as File No, 89 - 314963 of Official Records, described as follows:
An easement over a strip of land 20 feet in width, lying 10 feet on each side of the following
described centerline beginning at a point onthe north line of said lot 46, 10.01 feet southeast of the
northwest comer of said Iot 46 , thence South 00 25' 22" East 256,30 feet , thence North 84003' 36"
East 60.42 feet to the centerline.of 20. foot sewer, equestrian and pedestrian easement granted per said
Map No, 12401 , the sidelines of said,20footeasement to beIengtl1enedor shortened to meet at
