CONDITIONAL OFFER OF DEDICATION--
VEHICULAR ACCESS 'RIGHTS
R & R PARTNERS-POWAY, a California general partnership,
the undersigned, being the present title owner of record of
the herein descr ibed parcel of land, does hereby make an
irrevocable offer to the CITY OF POWAY, and its successors
and assigns, of dedication of the right of vehicular access
over and across a por,tion of the southerly boundary of the
real property legillly described in the attached Exhibit "A"
to Highway 56, which portion of said southerly boundary is
depicted' 6n the attached Exhibit ",B".
It shall be a condi tion precedent to the right of the
City of poway, and its successors and assigns, to accept this
offer of dedication that an overcrossing for Highway 56 be
completed over Pomerado Road.
In the event that the City of poway, or its successors
and assigns, on behaif of the public, should determine that
the relinquishment of vehicular access rights provided for
herein is no longer needed, in whole or in part, the rights
herein given and any such relinquishment of vehicular access
rights shall termi'nate. ,as to those portions not needed, and
revert to the undersigned owner, or its successors or
assigns, as the owner.s of the real property legally described
in the attached ExhibTt "A".
