RELEASE OF IMPROVEMENT REQUIREMENTS
1. Pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and Division
I of Title 8 of the San Diego County Code, WALTER O. ROCK and DOROTHY M.
ROCK did enter into a Covenant of Improvement Requirements recorded
February 27, 1980, as Document No. 80-066252 and notice on TPM 14887
Recorded Parcel Map No. 9766 as required by Section 66411.11 of the
Government Code.
2. Said Covenant consists of the following improvements:
B-1 Road Improvements (private) - Improvement of the private easement
roads from Parcel 3 to nearest publicly maintained road.
D-2 Sewerage/Water - Installation of a minimum water supply pipe to serve
the three parcels.
G Fire Protection - Installation of a fire hydrant at a location to the
satisfaction of the City of poway.
3. The work has been completed.
4. Said improvements were completed and accepted based on an inspection by the
City of poway and Statement Location of the required improvements furnished
by Merne Kent Johnson, Registered Civil Engineer RCE 20192, dated May 2,
1989.
5. Neither acceptance of said improvements by the Public Services Department
nor this notice constitutes a waiver of any defects in the work of the
construction of installation of said improvements.
