WHEREAS, on the maps of G.ity of Poway Tr.act 4191-3BR recorded May 27 , 1988,
as Map No._12082 and. the County of San Diego tract named Golden City Unit No.2,
Map No. 7069, recorded September 28~1971,,'fn the office of the County Recorder,
th~r.e are offere.d for de9tc.ation for- publ ic street purposes certain one-foot
wide, strips at the .end of B.eechwood Street arid Starridge Street, respectively,

WHEREAS, on saia Map No. 12082, the City Counc.i 1 of the City of Poway, and
on said Map No. 7066, the County of'San D,iego rejected the offersofdedicaHon
of said one-f~ot wide strips~s hereinaftefmo~e particularly described, and
WHEREAS, because of the: approval and impending recordation of the final map
of' City of Poway Tract 4191-.5AR, it is in the best publ ic. interest' of the City
of poway that said one~foot wide strips be now 'accepted for publ ic use for'
street purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY .OF POWAY, does resolve, deter-
mine, and order as follows:
1. The City of Poway hereby rescinds the rejection of said strips, and does
hereby accept for P.ublic use for street purp'oses the following:
a. Those portions of Lots 225 and 22.6 designated as "portions of Lots
225 and 226 reserved for future street" on City of poway Tract No.
4191-3BR, recorded May 27. 1988 as, Map No, 12082 in the office of
the County RecQrder of San D,iego County, Cal ifornia.
b. A portiun of Lot "A" designated ls "resi~~ed for future street" on
the County of S,!n Die.go tract named ,Gol.'d,en City Unit No.2, recorded
September' 28, 1971, as Map No. 706.6 i h the ciffi ce of the County
Recorder of San Diego County, California, said portion' being more
earticularlydescribed as follows:

Unit Ng. 2, .being also the most southwesterly corner of said Lot
