That portion of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of
section 12, Township 14 South, Range 2 West, San Bernardino Base
and Meridian, in the City of Poway, County of San Diego, State of
California, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the westerly line of the west half of the
east half of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of said
section 12, said point being 30.00 feet Southerly of the North line
of said section; thence parallel with and 30.00 feet Southerly of
said North line, South 88'46'02" East 332.00 feet to the Easterly
line of said ,'lest half of the East half; thence, leaving said
