LEGAL DESCRIPTION
That portion of the North quarter of the Northeast quarter of
section 12, Township 14 South, Range 2 West, San Bernardino Base
and Meridian, in the City of Poway, County of San Diego, State of
California, more particularly described as follows:
The Southerly 21.00 feet of the Northerly 51.00 feet of the
following described parcel:
Beginning at a point on the North line of said Northeast
quarter distant thereon North 89019'50" West 662.87 feet from
the Northeast corner of said Northeast Quarter; thence South
0022'37" East 686.94 feet; thence North 89010'30" West 317.08
feet to the Southeasterly corner of the land described in deed
to Dan F. Gough, et ux, recorded August 11, 1952 in Book 4553,
page 483 of Official Records of said County; thence along the
Easterly line of said Gough's land North 0017'43" West 686.64
feet to a point on said North line of said Northeast Quarter;
thence along said North line South 89019'50" East 316.62 feet
more or less, to the point of beginning.
Attached hereto and made a part of this legal description is a plat
