Gateway~La Manda Estates, LTD., a California limited partnership ("OWNER"

attached hereto and made a part hereof and which is commonly known as Assessor's
Parcel Number 314-020-61, and 314-340-03, 04 ("PROP.ERTY" herei nafter). In con-
sideration of the approval of Development Review 88-27 by the City of Poway
( "c ITY" herei nafter 1, OWNER hereby covenants and agrees for the benef; t of the
CITY, to abide by conditions of the attached resolution (Exhibit B),
This Covenant shall run with the land and be binding upon and inure to the
benefi} of the future owners, encumbrancers, successors, heirs, personal
representatives, transferees and assigns of the respective parties.
In the event that Development Review 88-27 expires or is rescinded by City
Council at the request of the OWNER, CITY shall expunge this Covenant from the
:re~ord titl e of the PROPERTY.
