The property of the following legal description, or a building or
,structure situated thereon, has been determined to be unsafe or substandard
by the City Council of the City of poway, pursuant to Chapter 8.72 of the
poway Municipal Code:
Portion of Lot D of Brivedero Estates unit No.1, in the City
of poway, County of San Diego, State of California, according to
Map thereof No. 4015 as filed in the office of the county recorder
on November 19, 1958 and identified by assessor parcel No. 321-
180-58 and more specifically described in Exhibit "A".
The City of poway now intends to cause the following described
be performed upon said property to abate the substandard or
conditions:
work to
unsafe
Removal of all rubbish, debris, and refuse on and around the
property. Demolition or removal of all equipment, structures, or
machinery that do not meet the current requirements of the Fire
and/or Planning Departments,
and will charge the expense of said work to the following owners of said
property:
Henry and Efi Javaheri
Manoochehr and Delara Vahidi
Bahman and Cathryn J. Vahidi

Scottsdale, AZ 85260
Failure of said owners to pay such expense will result in a lien upon
said property.
This Notice is recorded pursuant to Section 17985 of the Health and
Safety Code of the State of California, and Section 8.72.030 of the poway
