detached, garage does hereby covenant and agree to and with said The City of
poway; a, mun,icipa1 corporation, the garage shall be used exclusively for the
sforage 'Of the owners' private vehicles. No corrmercia1 sales, repair, or
restoratio'n of cars is permitted on this site. The applicant further agrees
that no por:tion of the garage shall be converted to habitabJe space or ut'hized
for living quarters without first obtaining approval of the required permits
from the City of Poway.
