Northern San Diego County Hospital District ("OWNER" hereinafter) is the

This Covenant shall run with the land and be binding upon and inure to the
benefit of the future owners, encumbrancers, successors, heirs, personal

I~ the event that Conditional Use Permit 85-06 Time Extensipn expires or is
resc5hded by City Council at the request of the OWNER, CITY shall expunge this
