FOLLOWING DESCRIBED CENTERLINE:
That portion of the Southeast, Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of
Section 14, Township 14 South, Range 2 West, San Bernardino Base
and Meridian, in the County of San Diego, State of California,
described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the West line of the Southeast
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 14 with the
centerline of Oak Kholl Road; thence North 83"48'D8" East along
said centerline 1.289.98 feet; thence leaving said centerline
