The City of powaY'hereby withdraws and expunges the Notice of
violation (Section 66499.36 of the"Govern!llent Code) recorded in
the Office of the county ,Recorder of San Diego County, State of
California, on April 13" 1983 as File/Page No. 83":117788. The
basis of said Notice. of Violation related to the sale of
approximately 7.6 acres of the approximately 32.68 acre parcel
known as San Diego County Assessor's Number 277-080-12 and
identified as Parcel C-1 of t:hat. ce:tt:a.in 'Cel?t.ifi,cat.eof CampI iance
issued by the Director of Planning Serv.ices of the City of Poway,
dated December 28, 1981, and recorded in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County on December 29" 1981 as File/Page
No. 81-404576'.
Said violation has been eliminated as a result of
(1) the judgment of the united States Bankruptcy Court for the
Southern District of California in Adversary Proceeding Case
No. C82-00198-P11 entitled "Glen L. Rawlins and Rose M. Rawlins,
I'laintiffs, vs. Richard H. Walker and Pamela Helen Walker,
Defendants; Richard Hughson Walker and Pamela Helen Walker,
